Packs stack — buy as many as you need in a cycle. They're added instantly and valid until the next monthly reset (same as the base quota, packs don't roll over). Stitch has no AI and cannot buy packs — upgrade to Cut & Sew or above to unlock AI.

Upgrades & downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rated); downgrades at the next billing cycle. Data is never deleted — modules beyond your plan become read-only.
Flexible user packs
Add or remove user packs monthly on any paid plan. Need 25–100+ seats? Mill annual contracts bundle a custom user count at a better rate than stacking packs.
Taxes

Fair use (Mill)
Unlimited documents subject to fair use; sustained extreme volume moves to a custom contract.
Common questions.
What counts as a "document"?
Any numbered business document you create: purchase order, GRN, sales/proforma invoice, packing slip, job work, transfer note, production/work order, etc. Reads, edits and reports are never counted.
What counts as an "AI prompt"?
One AI action — extracting one uploaded document, asking one question in "Ask your data", or one generated digest. Statistical anomaly cards are computed without a model and are free on every plan.
What happens when we hit the document limit?
You can finish the month reading everything; creating new documents requires an upgrade (Stitch → Cut & Sew) or waiting for the cycle reset. We warn at 80%.
We need far more than 5 users — do we really stack +2 packs?
For larger teams, Mill annual contracts bundle a custom user count (25/50/100+) at a negotiated rate that beats stacking packs. Packs are for month-to-month flexing; bundles are for scale.
Can we self-host?
C-Edge ERP is cloud SaaS. Dedicated/self-hosted deployments are available on custom Mill contracts.
We're out of AI prompts before the month ends — what now?
Buy an AI top-up pack — it lands instantly and covers you until the next reset. Available on Cut & Sew, Factory and Mill. Free (Stitch) has no AI, so no packs there; upgrading is the only way to turn AI on.
Is our data isolated?
Yes — every company gets its own database schema (schema-per-tenant), with role-based access control inside it.
