What you'll do

• Own the overall QA strategy, test plans, and release sign-off across products.
• Build and mentor a team of manual and automation testers.
• Define coverage for the AI document-capture pipeline — accuracy, edge cases, and regressions.
• Partner with engineering and product to catch issues before they reach a factory.
• Track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement of the QA process.

What we're looking for

• 5–9 years in software QA with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Strong grasp of test planning, defect lifecycle, and release management.
• Experience testing complex web applications end to end.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Test automation experience (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium).
• Experience testing ERP/CRM or AI/ML-driven products.
